I started on the Optifast Full Meal Replacement Plan on September 2, 2008. So far I’ve lost 82 pounds!
In November I started transitioning, and I’m currently still losing steadily on 1500 calories a day, mostly regular, everyday food. I feel so much better, and several medical issues, including hyper insulinism, GERD and sleep apnea, have either been resolved or improved. Thanks to Dr. Scinta and all the staff for helping me get here. I also have to thank them for teaching me how to stay healthy for the rest of my life!
