I was working with a personal trainer trying to lose weight with diet and exercise. It wasn’t working. My trainer told me about Dr. Scinta and said maybe I should try her program.
I had no intention of doing the full meal replacement plan. I thought the idea of not eating any real food was crazy and not for me. That all changed when Dr. Scinta said I could lose 2-4 lbs a week. That’s when I decided it would be crazy not to try the full plan.

Dr. Scinta and her staff are the best. They are always cheerful, helpful, and supportive. No one ever says anything negative and they are always in a good mood. I always leave feeling good about myself and my success.
